Parental support will go a long way toward ensuring your success with science fairs. And you don’t necessarily need Mom or Dad dressed in a lab coat and goggles ready to fire up the Bunsen burner beside you. Instead, your folks can help out by giving you a ride to the library, allowing you to convert a spare bedroom into a temporary lab and simply by cheerleading from the sidelines. Sometimes, your parents are simply interested (and impressed) observers, so be sure to keep them in the loop during your science fair adventure.
